What Are The Health Benefits Of Using Saunas?

The internal walls are available in a number of finishes; hemlock, thermowood ash, thermowood dark, white, volcano, grey cement & tivoli. Further to this, the bench, backrest & footboard are available in abachi ash or thermowood.

The sauna consists of solid spruce wooden uprights & beans with a 70mm insulating layer of mineral wool. These characteristics lend this sauna to have excellent heat retention & energy efficiency. 

LED RGB lighting is available as standard for added chronotherapeutic benefits. Thermal controls for this model are installed inside the cabin. Each of our saunas are come with an electric heater with stones for a traditional Finnish sauna experience.
