What Are The Health Benefits Of Using Saunas?

The sauna consists of three-layered spruce wooden uprights & beans with a 70mm insulating layer of mineral wool. These characteristics lend this sauna to have excellent heat retention & energy efficiency. The interior is finished with abachi or hemlock wood tongue & groove, exterior is finished with OSB panels. You can upgrade to spruce slates on the exterior if the sauna is going to be stood alone.

Warm, ambient lighting is available as standard, you can upgrade to LED RGB lighting for added chronotherapeutic benefits. Thermal controls for this model are installed inside the house at a maximum distance of 10m. Each of our saunas are come with an electric heater with stones for a traditional Finnish sauna experience.

This model is available with a 8mm single glazed door which can be upgraded to a full glass front. You can also upgrade to double glazing with an aluminium frame which can be seen in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th images. There is also an optional vertical or horizontal glass window to increase visibility.
