What Are The Health Benefits Of Using Saunas?
The sauna consists of solid spruce wooden uprights & beans with a 70mm insulating layer of mineral wool. These characteristics lend this sauna to have excellent heat retention & energy efficiency. The interior is finished with cypress or thermowood panels with the bench & backrest made in abachi or thermowood. The exterior can be finished in any exterior finish, for example we have had clients match the render of their house. This model is particularly good for those harsh environments needing a technical exterior finish.
Warm, ambient lighting is available as standard, you can upgrade to LED RGB lighting for added chronotherapeutic benefits. Thermal controls for this model are installed inside the house at a maximum distance of 10m. Each of our saunas are come with an electric heater with stones for a traditional Finnish sauna experience.
This model is available with a 8mm glazed front facade with a 70cm door. You can also upgrade to double glazing with an aluminium frame. There is also an optional vertical or horizontal glass window to increase visibility.
